Cuts flawlessly 50% of the time

It cuts as expected about 50% of the time. Its just a design flaw. Looking at the plastic head that holds the blade it is clear why the vinyl/laminate/etc gets caught in the head (design flaw). Once you get it past this point it cuts just like it is supposed to. I like it but Ive never owned a different brand so i have no comparison. Im giving it an average rating because I dont think its garbage but it doesnt perform like I want. Im keeping it simply because its a back saver and is far more convenient than what Ive been doing for the past 20 years (just using the reach of my arms).
