This water-based textile pigment ink is specifically formulated to optimize the performance of Texjet DTG printers.

Curing 

Correct curing is the key to washability! Check the recommended settings below, for curing with either a heat press or an oven dryer.

For Dark-Colored Garments

Heat Press Settings

• Temperature: 320° Fahrenheit
• Pressure: Medium
• Press Time: 2 minutes

Oven Dryer Settings

• Temperature: 320° Fahrenheit
• Drying Time: 6 minutes

For Light-Colored Garments

Heat Press Settings

• Temperature: 320° Fahrenheit
• Pressure: Medium
• Press Time: 40 seconds

Oven Dryer Settings

• Temperature: 320° Fahrenheit
• Drying Time: 3 minutes

Pretreatment

Pretreatment is always required when printing white ink. This solution creates a layer on the shirt for the white ink to adhere and build on.

Compatible Pretreatment Liquids

• Texjet Inks – Pretreatment for Darks
• Texjet Inks – Pretreatment for Lights*

*You can also use this pretreatment solution for printing on light-colored polyester.
