PAYMENTS

All product prices are shown in US Dollars. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via our SSL Secured 128 bit checkout. We also accept secure payments via PayPal.

 

SHIPPING

Currently our web store supports shipping just within the United States and Canada. If you are a buyer from outside these areas please email orders@apcink.com and we will discuss how we can accommodate you needs.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We ship by UPS and offer Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day and Next-Day Air service.

Unless otherwise stated, products ordered before 3pm EST, Mon-Fri will ship out that same day. Occasionally a product may be marked as "Drop ships from Manufacturer" and in these cases may require one full business day to process before it will be ready for shiiping In these cases you can estimate the delivery time by adding one business day to the shipping time. At any time you may contact us at orders@apcink.com with questions on your order.

It is the customer's responsibility to check packages for shipping damage. If there is visible damage to a package, refuse delivery and call us immediately at (818)-927-2465 or email orders@apcink.com

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You may return any items within 14 days provided that the individual parts are unopened and remain in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases where we have shipped you the wrong part. In such cases American Print Consultants LLC will pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 business days of us receiving the item. Refund will be given in the same way it was received Check, PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.

Repair parts are intended for installation by factory trained and authorized technicians. We assume no liability for equipment damage or lost revenue due to improper installations. Please view the "Terms & Conditions" below for full details.
